In this age, it is so difficult to find home made hand churned delicious ice-cream that is not loaded with synthetic flavours & fruit pulp.
Had this wonderful creamy mango ice-cream in the heart of Old Delhi with the stunning view of Jama Masjid!
This guy's little stall is called 'Cool Point' is right in front of Karims in Jama Masjid area.
He also sells yum kulfi and shahi tukda. These two scoops of good quality ice-cream costed me 30 bucks!
It contains real mango pulp & is available through out the year!!
Beware of the copy cats in the area selling similar stuff!!-

I simply threw in onion, tomato, green chilli, few pieces of mango, capsicum, coriander, salt & few drops of lemon in the jar and Voila! Super yum mango salsa to be eaten with nachos, on it owns or topped on bread.
This new mechanical smart chopper by Tupperware is extremely easy to use- just few pulls & you get finely chopped vegetables. I have always been apprehensive of these hand pulled choppers but this one is easy to clean & doesnt require much strength.
Tupperware products are always tad bit expensive but the superior quality, design & durability makes for it!
Oh I am already loving it on my kitchen counter! More experiments to follow :D-

This creamy cauliflower sauce is a hit. Perfect for pasta, pizza, or anything else you might want to cover in white cauliflower creamy deliciousness.
It is a great replacement for the calorie dense white cheese sauces!

I'm that person who on some days just want hearty Butter Chicken & Roti to satisfy my hunger pangs! Yesterday was one such day, the agenda was clear I just need that and nothing else so that I can give my comfort food all the attention it deserves!
I love Desi Vibes for a decade now, but this was my first visit to the Connaught Place outlet!
Loved the beautiful setting, service and their trademark achaar box, mini papad etc. Special mention for the finger bowl with rose petals in it 😍
All these little elements make an ordinary experience special and add so much value!
Coming to the star, the chicken was tender with flavour reaching the innards of the flesh. The gravy was thick and delicious, I licked the bowl clean ;)
It was delicious to say the least & has to be among the finest ones I have ever had, and yeah I ate BC at Moti Mahal, Daryaganj last week :P
All in all it was one fine experience 😃-

Lal Maas, the fiery red mutton curry from Rajasthan is one of my favourite meat dishes!
Having travelled extensively in Rajasthan, I have tried various versions of this famed dish at lots of places including homes.
This one at Fairmont Jaipur is the best I have ever had, super hot with that perfect smokiness.
The meat was so tender & the consistency of the gravy was just apt!
Oh thank me later!-

If you are craving for some desi Chinese food loaded with sauces and MSG, head to this super dingy place called The Spot on DB Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi .
Sometimes oil laden super spicy chowmein with yum chilli garlic mushrooms & clumsily made oily spring rolls is all you need to feel happy!
The portions are huge and prices are dirt cheap!
The place is low on hygiene but big on taste!-
