This South Delhi Dhaba is the MOST popular eatery in Delhi.
Initially I used to think that Rajinder da Dhaba does well because it is the ONLY proper Dhaba in South of Delhi, however over the years my perceptions have changed drastically.

The place most definitely is doing more business than anyone else in Delhi and the best part is that they have been able to maintain consistency in taste and quality.

This collage has some pictures that we I have take over the last few years, during multiple visits, and then there are visits which were never documented.

Chicken Curry is the dish that made them famous. When you order make sure you order the single piece one as that is what is still served from those 'degs' in their Dhaba. Chicken curry and plain naan - made Rajinder Legendary.

They literally own the entire market complex where they operate from and have a range out outlets in the same complex - from standing on the streets to sitting to the pavements to takeaway as well as fine dining options - just go there and take your pick. its hard to believe that less than 2 decades have passed since their setup (unauthorised shack) across the road was banished by authorities and they were forced to setup his business in the complex where they are currently based out of. They have grown and how.

Dishes in collage from Top left to right and bottom down :

Mushroom Hara Pyaz, Biryani, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Malai Tikka

Pyaz-Achar-Chutney, Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Butter Masala

Mutton Bhuna Gosht, Chicken Lababdaar, Multiple veg items, Dal Makhani

Chicken Satay, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken
