Mushroom Masala #recipe
Mushrooms chopped into tiny pieces

1 large onion finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
2tsp Ginger + Garlic + Green chillies paste
1tbsp coriander powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala powder
1 cup thick yoghurt beaten
Kasoori methi

Heat oil in a pan and to it add the onions and fry it till it gets golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and cook till oil gets separated. Then add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and mix well. Then add the powder masalas and bhuno it well. Add a little water and bhuno it till oil gets separated. Then add yoghurt and mix well. Cook it till oil gets separated. Then add mushrooms mix well. Add salt. And mix it. Cover the pan. And let it cook for ten minutes. Water will start separating. Remove the cover. And cook till gravy reaches desired consistency. Add kasoori methi and cook for sometime and remove it from the flame.
