One Batter 6 Fritters | Six Types of (NO SODA) Crispy Pakora /Pakoda Recipe | Indian Snack Item | (youtu.be)
Monsoon and pakora/ pakoda/ fritters are a match made in heaven :D
Fritters are a famous Indian snack item enjoyed best with a hot cup of tea, here we show you a very simple way of making 6 types of crispy and delicious fritters with the same batter mixture using no baking soda. Do give this a try and enjoy the rains with a hot cup of tea, fritters and a bunch of friends :)

Ingredients:

-Brinjal
-Potato
-Onion
-Spinach
-Big Green Chilli
-Cauliflower

For Batter:
-2 cups of Gram flour/Besan
-1 Tbsp Ajwain/Carom seeds
-Salt to taste
-1 tsp turmeric/haldi
-1 tsp red chili powder
-1/2 Tsp black salt
-1 Tbsp Oil
-1 tsp dry mango powder

Method:

- Start with cutting the vegetables into thin slices.
- In a bowl add gram flour, ajwain, salt, turmeric, red chili
powder, amchur, black salt and oil( the oil helps in making crispy
fritters) and make it into a thick batter.
- Remeber to add water little by little so that the batter does not
become runny.
- Now coat the vegetables completely with the batter.
- Make sure the oil is hot, deep fry the coated veggies until golden
brown.
- Take out on a paper napkin/ tissue to remove excess oil.
- sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with a hot cup of tea.
